Surat and India based Krishna Dye Chem established in 1983, is a manufacturer and exporter of high value Speciality Textile Disperse Dyes, Solvent Dyes, Acid Dyes, Direct Dyes and Pharmaceutical Intermediates of the very best quality.
All our Dyes are manufactured in a state of the art and advanced technology production plant, which also has capability to produce Dyes Intermediates and Disperse Crude, both key raw materials for manufacturing Dyes. This control over raw materials; helps us to supply our Dyes of the highest quality; that too at competitive rates
QUALITY CONTROL
Krishna Dye Chem has a well equipped Quality Control Laboratory, where all raw materials along with finished Dyes are tested and checked for quality before dispatching with a mission and vision to supply Dyes of the highest quality.
Applications
Along with supplying to Textile sector, the Disperse Dyes are also supplied to Pesticides industry, while Solvent Dyes are delivered to the Car Paint and Plastics sector. Direct Dyes are delivered to the Packaging and Leather industry, while Acid Dyes are supplied to Nylon sector.
R&D
The company has a vibrant R&D facility, wherein, we are able to supply Dyes as per the colour or shade demanded by customer. The motto of the R&D facility is - "Match Your Shade With Our Colour Solution". Pharma Intermediates are also produced as per customer specification.
As compared to the sample provided by the customer, Krishna Dye Chem always strives to offer a better strength and shade of Textile Disperse Dyes or even better than expectations of the customer. We also always supply within delivery schedules and deliver quantity as per the order form.
ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY
Krishna Dye Chem puts very high emphasis on pollution and tries to ensure that neither the air nor ground water is polluted during the production process. In order to control air pollution, Krishna Dye Chem is using gas instead of coal in the boiler.
To control ground water pollution, we have installed ETP with two different technologies. The polluted water passing through the Multi Effect Evaporator will be reused, while the leftover polluted slurry will be converted to powder form using a spray drier. This ensures zero pollution to the environment.
