ABOUT US
Krishna Dye Chem was established in 1983 by Mr Raman Patel to manufacture textile auxiliaries. In 2004, the family setup a weaving looms plant to produce polyester-cotton blended fabrics and currently has 250 looms.
Mr Hiren Patel, the current Director of the company entered the business in 2014. In 2014, we set up a texturised yarn manufacturing unit with a capacity of 150 metric tons per month, which supplies yarn to the in-house weaving plant, while excess yarn is sold in the market.
With passage of time, we stopped producing textile auxiliaries and in 2015, our family managed business set up a plant to manufacture intermediates for Reactive Dyes. But with passage of time, we stopped production of Reactive Dyes and started manufacturing of Disperse Crude, a raw material for Disperse Dyes and in 2018 started producing Disperse Dyes.
Then we set up a brand new plant in Bharuch district, which is equipped with the latest and state of the art production machinery like Glassline Vessels, SS Vessel, Distillation Column, Solvent Handling Air System, Hydrogenation Vessel, Autoclave, Vacuum Systems, Centrifuges, Filter Press, Tray Dryer, Boilers, etc.
The combined production capacity of Dyes between both of our plants is 300 metric tons per month. We now produce Speciality Disperse Dyes, Direct Dyes, Acid Dyes, Solvent Dyes and also Pharma Intermediates.
Within India, we supply our textile Dyes to the textile industry hubs of Surat, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Delhi and have plans to supply to other textile hubs like Tirupur and Ludhiana in the near future. The company currently exports its Textile Disperse Dyes to Bangladesh and Pakistan, while sales through merchant exports is done to China, Turkey and Vietnam.

We aspire to be a leading manufacturer of Speciality Disperse Dyes, Direct Dyes, Acid Dyes, Solvent Dyes and Pharma Intermediates and dedicate ourselves to supply best quality products and ensure full customer satisfaction.
VISION
Within the next few years, Krishna Dye Chem plans to export its various Dyes to various countries like Brazil, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Turkey, USA and Vietnam.
